Support Roatan aims to create awareness about the importance of fruit tree planting and to actively work with communities at a grass-roots level to get more trees planted while creating value for the existing fruit tree harvests.

Support Roatan works in four areas:
– Tree Planting Project
– Breadfruit Agroforestry
– Micro Business Development
– Public Awareness Campaigns

In 2021 Support Roatan:
*Planted 1304 fruit trees in 8 Roatan communities.
*With partners, we planted 13,635 trees in Roatan.
*Planted 300 Breadfruit Trees as part of our Agroforestry Project.
*Developed a Pilot Breadfruit Flour Project.
*Supported the Roatan Local Market Project.
*And assisted local businesses and thousands of visitors through our online communities.
