Batana Oil Hair Journey – Participant Consent & Agreement
By applying to and participating in the Wild Roatan Batana Oil Hair Journey (“the Program”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Participation & Eligibility
You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and voluntarily choosing to participate in the Program. Participation is optional and may be discontinued at any time by notifying Wild Roatan.
2. Use of Images, Testimonials & Content
You grant Wild Roatan permission to use your submitted photos, videos, testimonials, reviews, and feedback for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes across digital and print platforms.
You may request anonymity, and Wild Roatan will remove identifying information where reasonably possible.
3. Product Use & Personal Responsibility
You acknowledge that batana oil is a natural cosmetic product and results may vary. You agree to follow the provided usage guidelines and to discontinue use if irritation or adverse reactions occur.
You understand that Wild Roatan does not provide medical advice and the Program is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
4. Data & Privacy
By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your submitted information in accordance with Wild Roatan’s Privacy Policy. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties and will be used solely for Program administration, research, and marketing purposes as outlined.
5. Confidentiality & Community Participation
If invited to a private community group, you agree to respect the privacy of other participants and not share private group content outside the community without permission.
6. Withdrawal & Termination
You may withdraw from the Program at any time. Wild Roatan reserves the right to remove participants who violate Program guidelines or misuse products.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wild Roatan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program. You participate at your own discretion and risk.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wild Roatan operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Acceptance
By submitting your application and participating in the Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
